Giveaway! CHARCOAL AND HOT CHOCOLATE

Hey friends. I'm having a giveaway!! That's right! I'm giving away a paperback copy of my debut New Adult novel, CHARCOAL AND HOT CHOCOLATE ***and*** an eBook copy.

I know, right??

So the paperback is only available to US residents, but the ebook is for anyone. You can earn many entries below and the more you tweet the more you earn.
Here's a bit about it: College life is a breath of fresh air for 20 year old Ellie Baylor, a painfully shy but beautiful art major. She has her canvas and charcoal and that's more than enough. Her choice to go to school far from home and the watchful eye of her strict parents seems like the perfect thing for smooth sailing into an easy life. But when River Daniels, a charming artist with eyes the color of hot chocolate, asks her to join him in a project for class, Ellie may get more than just an A. She might find out how to live.

I'm so excited to share my book with you! So let's get to it then. Here's the Rafflecopter.
And GOOD LUCK!

It's been a week. CHARCOAL AND HOT CHOCOLATE

So it's been a week and I'm still a published author. It still doesn't feel real. I'm still in love with my book.

And now it's available in paperback too!!!

And now I need your help! I need reviews and ratings and things like that so it'll become more visible and by proxy, I can share it with more people. I think everyone needs River in their life. No. They do. It's science.

How else can you help? Call your library. Request my book be on the shelf. Pick up #CaHC for your book club. I'd be happy to Skype with you on discussion night or answer any questions via email.

I'm sure there are other things, but I'll be honest, I'm not so good with the "Hey! here's my book" flag waving. So all of these things would be great so I can wave that flag less.

I so appreciate everyone who's bought my book so far and for all the love I've received. You make my day, and week and life basically!

And I love having a book to maintain. Something I wrote and crafted and, with the help of so many people, brought to life. Ellie and River live and breathe and have a place in the world. Adam's love of John Hughes can be related too and Sam can break your heart. And that is the greatest feeling.

So thank you to those of you who helped me get here. Thank you to my friends and family. But also - and definitely not least - to the readers. You guys are amazing!

CHARCOAL AND HOT CHOCOLATE for everyone!!!! TODAY!

When I was a kid I had a CD...a cassette..okay fine, it was vinyl...but that's not the point. The point is it was a Disney album and it had The Unbirthday Song the mad hatter sings at the tea party with Alice in its entirety.

The lyrics: Statistics prove that you've one birthday, one birthday every year. But you have 364 unbirthdays - precisely why we're gathered here to cheer! (I'll have you know, I didn't even have to Google that because you know, I'm cool.)

Except I have to beg to differ. My amazing copy editor, Dahlia, told me (and everything she says is right) that writers get more birthdays than that. Your book birthday! And you get it for each book! and you don't have to get any older. And there might even be cake.

Can it get any better???

No, I think not! But wait...it kinda does. You get the day you get an agent or decide to self-publish. The day you announce your sale/release date. The day you cover reveal. And then today, My book birthday!!!

That's right. CHARCOAL AND HOT CHOCOLATE is live and available and out there. You might be reading it right now. And if so, why are you here at this blog???

So here's your mission should you choose to accept it.
1. Buy me cupcakes. If you don't live close enough for that, just buy my book and we'll call it even.
2. Read it, hopefully love it, and leave me a review.
3. Tell your friends.

And if at this point you want to send more cupcakes, that'll work!

With love, Irene
